Allison Handy

Partner, Perkins Coie

Allison is a partner with Perkins Coie’s Corporate practice; focusing on corporate governance, capital markets and strategic transactions. She has extensive experience that includes advising public and private companies in connection with securities offerings, such as equity offerings, debt offerings and tender offers, and corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.

Allison is the Pacific Northwest Chapter President of the Society for Corporate Governance where she also serves on the Committee for Securities Law. Allison is a contributor to The Public Company Handbook: A Corporate Governance and Disclosure Guide for Directors and Executives (Fifth Edition, 2016) and to The IPO Handbook: A Guide for Entrepreneurs, Executives, Directors and Private Investors (Second Edition, 2016).
