Chirag serves as Program Manager of the OnBoarding Women program, managing sponsor stakeholders and directing day-to-day operations with Tish Gasparich of Perkins Coie. Chirag joined the OnBoarding Women team in 2018 and is responsible for program strategy, experience design, content development, and data insights.
Chirag brings 20 years of education and marketing experience to the table. His relevant expertise includes marketing strategy, content strategy, event planning (virtual & in-person), primary & secondary research, community management, instructional design and UX design.
Prior to Deloitte, Chirag was a Senior Strategist at a digital agency helping clients go from insight to impact. Before that, he led the digital media team at the Seattle Art Museum helping the organization reach new audiences and increase engagement. Over his career, Chirag crafted campaigns, programs, and experiences for a variety of organizations including T-Mobile, Nordstrom, Smartsheet, Scholastic, McGraw-Hill, Nickelodeon, the Seattle Art Museum and Philips Health among others. Many of his campaigns were designed to make a social impact in addition to achieving business goals. Social issues his work addressed include board diversity, DEI, inclusive leadership, ethical leadership, sustainability/climate, AI ethics, educational equity, STEM education, health & wellness, and more.
