Hypatia is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services, Board and Education, Nonprofit & Government practices. She has more than 20 years of search and leadership advisory experience and specializes in a wide range of financial services assignments, including asset management, insurance, wholesale banking, and consumer financial services in the U.S. and the Asia Pacific region.

Hypatia spent ten years living and working in China and served for several years as the head of Spencer Stuart’s Greater China business. In addition to her work with financial services organizations, she was a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and the Women Director’s Forum. In her experience with the firm’s Education, Nonprofit & Government Practice, she works with clients in the secondary and higher education sectors in North America and Asia Pacific.
